i have never done any exercise and don’t feel ready?

I hear this often, the truth is it’s easier to work with people that don’t have many bad habits, with people new to training I make sure that you build good habits from day one. This means training safe, learning good technique and using the best exercises to reach your goals from day one!

what if i am unable to do face to face consultation and training?

I have to be honest, online coaching is not the same as face to face training but by use of apps such as zoom, I can see and give live feedback to make best of each session you do, long distance personalised training plans can be set and fallowed through with video feedback very easy.

How much does it cost?

There’s quite a few different options, all depends on what your goals are and what kind of help you need. If you send me a message or book in your free consultation we can discuss what would work best for you.

what can i expect from my consultation?

Initial consultation is a comprehensive look at your current lifestyle, posture, diet, fitness, body type and your goals, then going over on what are the main things to address to get to your goals in quickest and safest way possible.

can i train at home with no or very limited equipment?

There’s virtually no limits on what exercises can be done with just body weight, if you do have any pieces of equipment available, it will just add to your training experience, but is not essential.

AT WHAT AGE CAN i TRAIN WITH YOU?

The Gym I’m based is insured for 14 years and above. so on site training has age limit of 14, but i have experience working with younger athletes, just using a different approach focusing on developmental training and building a good foundation. This can be done either in private facilities/home or through video coaching.
